  • Departments: Procurement
  • Supervisor: Procurement Team Lead
  • Duration: 8 months (September – April 2027)
  • Location: Cambridge, ON (Onsite)
  • Range: $20.39 - $24.84

The Supply Chain Co-op will work closely with the Supply Chain team and other Departments to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the Department.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule materials to meet the demands of the production plan and project schedules
  • Manage MRP messages, ERP requisitions, purchase orders, Material Handling tickets and related data in our supporting systems
  • Manage day-to-day Supply Chain processes
  • Daily communication with Internal Stakeholders such as Project Procurement Leads, Project Management, Assembly, Material Handling, and Quality
  • Daily communication with Suppliers (both written and verbal) as assigned
  • Perform other duties/special projects as assigned

Education:

  • Working towards a post-secondary degree, diploma or equivalent, specializing in Purchasing/Materials Management and Supply Chain Management

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and ERP/MRP
  • Previous co-op experience in a Supply Chain/Purchasing role, preferably in a manufacturing environment is an asset
