Assist in the configuration and maintenance of core Supply Chain modules within the ERP system.
Act as a first-line technical resource for supply chain users, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with senior leads or vendors for resolution.
Support the end-to-end testing cycle, including the development of test scripts and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor data flows between supply chain operations, sales, and external logistics partners to ensure accuracy and performance.
Continuous Improvement & Technical Learning
Actively engage in training sessions to deepen expertise in ERP capabilities (JDE preferred) and industry best practices.
Help maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials to empower the broader operations team.
Support data-driven decision-making by assisting with reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI or Hubble.
