Support the strategic initiatives of the Global Supply Chain Analytics Team by ensuring effective administration, configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of key business systems. The role focuses on GAINS administration and support, Jira request management, business user support, documentation, light reporting support, and close collaboration with internal Supply Chain functions (Demand & Production Planning, Warehouse & Distribution, Direct & Indirect Procurement) and external software providers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of GAINS, the company’s end-to-end planning system, including configuration, user access management, issue troubleshooting, data validation, and coordination with business users and external providers
  • Manage Jira-based user support requests, triage issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely follow-up with business users and technical teams
  • Support standardized intake, tracking, prioritization, and communication of GAINS, BI, and analytics-related requests
  • Translate business needs into clear system, workflow, reporting, and support requirements to improve user experience and process efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, support procedures, design requirements, and user guides
  • Maintain basic operational KPIs, request tracking, and support dashboards to monitor service levels and internal business needs
  • Support the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA by helping maintain business continuity, data visibility, and data consistency across supported systems and reporting platforms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5-8 years’ experience in business systems support, system configuration, user support, BI support, or supply chain systems administration
  • Good knowledge and understanding of supply chain operations and planning processes

Skills

  • Knowledge of GAINS or other supply chain planning platforms, such as Rapid Response, including configuration support, user support, and issue resolution
  • Knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management Principles and E2E Supply Chain Processes
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation concepts
  • Working knowledge of database concepts and reporting data structures
  • Good knowledge of BI tools and reporting platforms, with a focus on user support, issue resolution, and operational reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on user support, issue resolution, and process improvement
  • Self-starter who can drive results given ambiguity and minimal direction and oversight
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organize priorities, and complete activities in a timely manner
  • Results oriented and able to handle time-sensitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • APICS certification is a plus
