Are you passionate about using data to improve complex, end-to-end supply chains? Do you enjoy building robust data foundations and using them to generate insights that drive operational excellence? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst - Global Operations

As a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst- Global Operations, you will play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making across Husqvarna’s global operations.

Your mission is to build, maintain, and evolve the data backbone for the end-to-end supply chain. You will transform data into reliable, scalable assets and use advanced analytics to support efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

This is an end-to-end data role where you combine data engineering capabilities with analytical and data science skills, working closely with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders globally.

Data is a strategic asset at Husqvarna — and in this role, you will help turn that asset into measurable operational and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines supporting end-to-end supply chain use cases.

  • Integrate data from multiple operational systems across the Husqvarna system landscape.

  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting, analytics, and advanced use cases.

  • Develop and maintain analytics-ready data models that enable self-service analytics and advanced analysis.

  • Perform advanced data analysis to support supply chain performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Drive the digitalization of global operations through data-driven tools, automation, and analytics solutions.

  • Translate operational challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.

  • Act as a key data partner to global operations and supply chain teams.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who are you?

We believe you are a structured, curious, and self-driven individual who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and operations.

You are comfortable owning problems end to end — from understanding business needs and building data pipelines to delivering insights and recommendations. You thrive in environments that require both structure and adaptability, and you take initiative and responsibility for your work.

You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data topics in a clear and pragmatic way.

Experience & background

  • A few years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.

  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and analytics platforms

  • Ability to both build reliable data foundations and use data to generate insights

  • Experience driving development, improvement, or change initiatives in a global organization is highly valued.

  • Informal leadership or change management experience is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.

  • Strong skills in data analysis

  • Experience with tools such as Databricks or similar data and analytics platforms.

  • Experience with Python or similar languages for data engineering and analytics is highly valued.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
