As a Supply Chain Business Analyst on the LPG Automation, AI, and Data (AAD) team, you will partner with Supply Chain leaders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities, define business and data requirements, and enable delivery of automation, AI, and analytics solutions that improve performance, reduce manual effort, and strengthen decision-making. You’ll translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs from discovery through testing, launch, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Business analysis & delivery

  • Lead discovery to understand current-state Supply Chain processes, pain points, controls, and desired outcomes; document process flows and requirements.
  • Translate needs into high-quality delivery artifacts (epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data requirements, test scenarios) for Agile and/or hybrid delivery teams.
  • Partner with product owners, solution architects, engineering, and data teams to refine scope, manage dependencies, and ensure solution design aligns to business objectives.
  • Support end-to-end delivery including backlog grooming, sprint support, UAT planning/execution, defect triage, release readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

Automation, AI, and data enablement

  • Identify and help prioritize automation/AI use cases and analytics opportunities across Supply Chain (e.g., workflow automation, decision support, exception management).
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for AI/automation solutions (e.g., auditability, controls, explainability where applicable, performance, data quality, security).
  • Support data discovery and readiness activities: source identification, definition of key measures and dimensions, validation of data quality, and alignment on reporting/analytics needs.

Stakeholder leadership & change enablement

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with global and site stakeholders; drive alignment and decisions across teams.
  • Communicate clearly on scope, timeline, risks/issues, and change impacts; support training, documentation, and adoption planning.

Minimum Qualifications (Revise Requirements)

  • Education/Experience:
  • Advanced degree + 3 years, or Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements work for complex initiatives involving process change and technology enablement.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping (e.g., BPMN or equivalent).
  • Experience working in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and/or ServiceNow (or comparable).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, distribution/logistics, customer fulfillment).
  • Experience delivering automation solutions (workflow/RPA) and/or AI/ML-enabled use cases (forecasting, anomaly detection, decision support, NLP, etc.).
  • Data/analytics fluency: SQL basics, data profiling/quality concepts, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise systems in Supply Chain environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS/TMS platforms) and integrations.
  • Continuous improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma); certifications a plus (CSPO/PSPO, SAFe, PMP—only if truly expected).

Travel

  • Travel up to 25% as business needs require (regional/global); may include support for workshops and go-lives.
