Supply Chain BI Analyst

The Supply Chain BI Analyst supports business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This role develops and maintains dashboards and reports, analyzes supply chain and sourcing data, identifies trends and process improvement opportunities, and partners with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable insights and enhance reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, maintain, and analyze supply chain and sourcing data from multiple business systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, databases, and Power BI tools to support business decisions.
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis to identify trends, data integrity issues, supplier performance insights, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support Supply Chain partners and leadership with reporting, presentations, and actionable business intelligence.
  • Leverage AI tools, document SOPs, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; 0-2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, key performance metrics, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred experience with ERP/BI tools (JD Edwards, Logility, Databricks, QuickLaunch) and knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Power Query.

Located in Tennessee, Iatric Manufacturing Solutions, a fully owned subsidary of Rockline, is dedicated to helping foster healthy environments through the design and manufacturing of FDA-regulated wipes for use in the consumer, health care, food service, and hospitality industries. Iatric will operate out of a new 435,000-square-foot state-of-the-art FDA-registered facility in Morristown, TN. The wholly owned subsidiary was born out of the rapidly increasing demand for Rockline’s innovative wet wipes products that are designed to support healthier, sanitary environments and personal hygiene. The new plant will be operational beginning in 2019 and is expected to employ 250 people.
