Logistics & Invoice Control , Iraq, Hilla Plant is a position responsible for reviewing and controlling transportation and customs invoices, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating with logistics partners, and supporting financial compliance and operational efficiency.

What We Expect

Invoice Verification & Control

• Review and verify transportation and customs clearance invoices for raw materials, spare parts, marketing materials, and finished goods
• Ensure all invoices are supported by complete and accurate official documentation
• Record and upload invoice data into SAP, including PO details, vendor information، and supplier invoice numbers

Logistics Coordination & Shipment Tracking

• Coordinate with 3PL providers and customs brokers for shipment handling
• Verify signed and stamped delivery documents to ensure correct receipt and invoice release in SAP
• Monitor shipments to identify missing or damaged goods

Claims Management & Reconciliation

• Ensure proper deductions are applied for shortages or damages
• Coordinate with logistics providers to issue credit notes for discrepancies
• Perform monthly reconciliation of damage and shortage claims

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit shipment documentation required for payments
• Provide Finance with complete customs clearance documentation for imported goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supplier payment procedures

Data Management & System Accuracy

• Create, update, and maintain master data for trucks and drivers in SAP
• Maintain organized archives for all shipment documents (RM, MM, SP, FG)
• Ensure proper classification and easy retrieval of records

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all logistics and invoice-related processes
• Proactively identify issues and support resolution to avoid delays or financial discrepancies
• Demonstrate ownership and attention to detail in daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
• Proficiency in Arabic, English.
• Strong SAP knowledge
