Job Identification


The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, and dispatching products while adhering to CCI safety, quality, and inventory standards. The role focuses on stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, safe loading and unloading, and proper system documentation to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.

What We Expect

  • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and company policies.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform daily counts, and ensure system records match physical stock.
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, FEFO, and GWP principles and maintain proper storage quality and conditions.
  • Oversee loading operations to meet standard loading times (trailers and vehicles).
  • Supervise warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and third‑party workers across all shifts, including scheduling and task allocation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and follow‑up on daily operational activities.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying cost optimization opportunities and contributing to the transition from manual to system‑based processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor in line with the job role and comply with the company's internal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems (WMS, SAP).
  • Basic skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to solve problems and make day‑to‑day decisions.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with different teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Ability to prepare reports and perform basic data analysis.
