Job Identification

We are looking for Supply Chain Associate in Samarkand

What We Expect

1. Safe performance and organization of loading, unloading, and storage operations.

2. Supervise the work and bear responsibility for receiving, storing and releasing products, cargo, raw materials, advertising products and trade equipment

3. Ensuring safety of stored cargoes, products, raw materials and trade equipment, observe storage mode, keep records of warehouse operations.

4. Timely loading of trade equipment on loading invoices to wagons, cars and controlling the movement of documents (invoices, loading invoices). To control the return of products and other materials from distributors and other outlets, to put them on arrival in the OWMS program in time and to control the automatic execution of the corresponding entry in the SAP program.

5. Organize the identification of products, raw materials, promotional materials, and rotate materials both within the warehouse and up to the production line, in compliance with FIFO, FEFO and KORE rules.

6. Reporting on completed shipments and reconciling all postings in the OWMS and SAP systems.

7. Ensuring control over the performance of truck drivers' job responsibilities in the OWMS program.

Qualifications

Secondary vocational education, higher education (preferred).

Experience: Up to 2 years

Knowledge and skills:

1. Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection.

2. Warehouse management regulations

3. Instructions and requirements for receipt, storage, issue and quality system.

4. Rules for handling warehouse measuring instruments and tools.

5. Rules and conditions for storage of flammable chemicals.

6. Procedures for movement of materials in compliance with FEFO, FIFO system.

7. Procedures & Instructions for record keeping of warehouse operations and reporting.

8. Procedure and Rules for stocktaking in the warehouse.

Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SAP.

Language skills: English (B1 preferred), Russian

Additional requirements:

1. Category B driving license (mechanics).

2. "Gas forklift operator's license" is preferred..
