Job Identification

We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join our Supply Chain team based in Kyrgyzstan.

Mission Statement

The main objective of the Supply Chain Associate is to increase line efficiency through effective planning, as well as to ensure timely accounting of product output and ordering of imported products from Kazakhstan.

Main Responsibilities

1. Collect the necessary information for developing the production plan.
2. Analyze and prepare short-term and long-term production and shipment plans.
3. Ensure timely accounting of finished product output.
4. Place timely orders for imported products from Almaty in accordance with the Import Plan.
5. Place timely orders for concentrates according to the Production Plan and perform all related operations (preparation for documentation/customs clearance).
6. Monitor the submission of Acts of Completed Work (ACW) for transportation of finished products.
7. Prepare reports.
8. Plan procurement of raw materials and supplies for production planning.
9. Prepare and distribute KPI results.
10. Maintain documentation in the established format, including:

• Weekly report on raw material stock levels in warehouses (central).
• Monthly report on concentrate and finished goods inventory.
• Timesheet.
• Monthly report on key material and technical indicators.
• Daily control of orders for main production materials through the computer system.

Candidate Education

Education: Higher education (Economics, Management)

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Understanding of production processes
2. Ability to work with large volumes of data
3. Analytical mindset
4. Responsibility

Language Proficiency: English; Turkish (an advantage)

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, SAP
