Supply Chain Associate
Responsible for all activities of Warehouse operations in designated shift related to Finished Goods / empty stocks or Raw materials whereever designated within the warehousing area. Responsible for efficiently managing and reconciliation of all inventories of Raw material or Full Goods & empty in designated shift. Responsible for Warehousing activities & leading and managing Warehouse operations in designated shift in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring customer focus and meeting company’s requirements.
Main Responsibilities...
To manage & supervise warehouse operation in his shift of his respective location.
Suggests way & means and support warehouse Associate to improve the efficiency & to reduce warehousing operating cost.
Efficient Inventory Management of Finished Goods (Liquid) & Empty stocks in his shift at his location with strong coordination of warehouse Associate.
To ensure proper handing /taking over of shift and to ensure the stock accuracy in Warehouse operations during the designated shift duly signed by both the supervisors.
To ensure the real time data entry in SAP/BASIS/system for all Warehouse related activities.
Coordinating and supporting Warehouse Associate for stock transfer activity of Finished Goods.
Receiving of Empty from market; sorting with respect to desired quality standards and ensuring the smooth supply of Empty stock to Production department in his shift. Also to ensure that empty received is in best possible condition from market.
To ensure RGB SOP guidelines at off-loading and also BTTM data recording during his shift.
Efficiently managing Warehouse shipping operations to ensure timely loading / un-loading of Sales Direct / Indirect and other plant transfer vehicles during his shift.
To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) & Shortages as per set standards during product storage / handling in designated shift.
To ensure stocking and loading of products according to FEFO/FIFO rules.
Bachelor’s Degree prefernance will be given to Master’s Degree
Preferred Experience: FMCG Beverages organizations.
