Supply Chain Analytics and Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as aSupply Chain Analytics and Automation Specialist In this role, you will focus on delivering data-driven insights, building automated solutions, and conducting ad hoc analytics to optimize supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and be adept at leveraging advanced analytics, tools, and technologies to streamline processes and drive business impact.

Ad Hoc Analytics

• Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses to address specific supply chain challenges and uncover actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Automation Development

• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and UiPath to optimize supply chain operations.
• Create, test, and maintain scalable automation scripts for repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and errors.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools with existing systems.

Data Management and Analysis

• Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage advanced analytics techniques, including statistical models and machine learning, to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and improve Planning performance.
• Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot supply chain disruptions and recommend preventive measures.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, logistics, and finance, to align analytics and automation initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in analytics and automation within the supply chain team.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics and automation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and cost savings across the supply chain.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, process automation, or related roles.
