Job Description

The territory for this position is Argentina.

Overall responsibility of this role is to support the end-to-end supply chain operations for rare disease medicines across Latin America and Canada. This role ensures timely product availability, compliance with local regulations, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced in pharmaceutical supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Supply Planning & S&OP Support

  • Assist in local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability for LATAM and Canada markets.
  • Manage external stock and confirm timely deliveries.

Quality & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to obtain product release.
  • Support QA during local agency inspections and audits.
  • Participate in GDP investigations and non-conformance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to country-specific GDP requirements and quality systems, including deviation management, change control, complaints, recall processes, etc.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers and distributors, including contracts;
  • Review performance of service providers and implement improvement actions.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments to meet delivery timelines.
  • Provide local resource in the management of Order processing, invoicing process, inventory management & shipping.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on supply chain performance and KPIs.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in pharmaceutical supply chain, preferably with biotech/ rare disease medicines and with multi-national companies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish(Portuguese is a plus). (English fluency in verbal communication is essential due to the extensive use of teleconference with different countries in the business activities).
  • Knowledge of GDP and GxP requirements.
  • Familiarity with quality systems (deviation, change control, recalls).
  • Experience managing and interfacing effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Organized, disciplined, flexible/ adaptable and able to self motivate
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask in an environment with changing priorities.
