The Regional Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory investment across the region to ensure inventory remains within approved budget and target levels. The role partners closely with the regional planning, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to identify inventory risks, develop corrective actions, and drive execution against inventory goals.
• Own and monitor regional inventory performance against budget, targets, and business objectives(DOH & Inventory Turns).
• Analyze inventory levels, inventory value, demand, supply, and consumption trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with the Planning team to develop and drive actions to achieve inventory targets.
• Identify gaps to inventory budget and establish recovery plans with responsible stakeholders.
• Monitor excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and aging inventory and drive reduction actions.
• Review supply and demand plans to identify potential overstock and shortage risks.
• Challenge inventory plans and recommend adjustments to improve inventory efficiency without impacting customer service.
• Track inventory reduction initiatives and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly regional inventory performance reports and management dashboards.
• Provide variance analysis explaining actual inventory vs. budget/target and identify key drivers.
• Work with planners to optimize inventory levels, safety stock, replenishment parameters, and supply plans.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure inventory performance is aligned with the financial budget and forecast.
• Escalate major inventory risks and develop mitigation plans with regional leadership.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of inventory-management processes across the region.
• Present inventory performance, risks, and action plans to regional management.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement
• Knowledge in SAP, MS Office, Access, SharePoint, visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge on Supply Chain Management and Sales Operations.
• Fluent English language skills – written and spoken.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable information.
• Ability to work in an intercultural and international team.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams globally.
