The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Director Supply Chain Business Analytics.This position is responsible for routine data extraction, report generation, and variance analysis for defined projects of limited scope. The analyst assists in monitoring key performance indicators and supports the tracking of savings initiatives and contract compliance metrics. The work performed contributes to broader analytical efforts and supports the accuracy and integrity of Supply Chain reporting. The Supply Chain Analyst I utilizes data from established sources, including but not limited to Premier Spend Advisor/Dashboard, Qlik, and PeopleSoft, under guidance from senior team members. The analyst learns to interpret data within standardized templates and reporting frameworks, with findings reviewed prior to distribution. This role collaborates with Supply Chain colleagues and interfaces with internal customers as directed. The analyst supports team efforts to meet established goals and develops an understanding of how data analysis informs supply chain strategy and operations at Baptist Health. Travel is not required for this position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in health care analytics and/or supply chain management and/or financial/business analytics.
Specific category market knowledge of key medical/surgical products, capital & non-capital equipment, and services preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrated history of handling multiple competing priorities/deadlines effectively.
