Supply Chain Analyst – ERP Support - 12 Month Contract

Location: Capellen, LuxembourgContract: 12 months, Full-time

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in French and in English-We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Analyst - ERP Support to join our team in Capellen, Luxembourg on an 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting several service demands, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation to our internal departments.

Responsibilities

ERP Support

  • Maintain and update information in the ERP system
  • Ensure accurate information is shared with relevant departments and properly archived

  • Participate in shipping meetings and provide administrative support

  • License plate creation + updating + Items creation, Clocking issues, Job order tracking, Debug

Invoices & Credit Notes

  • Issue invoices and credit notes for orders and consignment stocks

  • Verify and control transport invoices for accuracy

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow ISO 9100 quality management procedures
  • Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in industrial environment
  • Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systems
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a demanding environment
