Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chai Analyst located in Suzhou SIP

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor the Supply Chai Analyst role involves in

What a typical day looks like:

• Local Supplier Audit and Qualification--Lead and coordinate local suppliers audit with customer, including factory visit, capability assessment, and compliance review. Act as primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive supplier qualification and approval activities.
• China to China VAVE Program Leadership--Drive local VAVE initiatives by working closely with Site SQE, SBM, Engineering, and local suppliers. Identify cost reduction opportunities, recommend alternative source or technologies, coordinate qualification activities, and obtain customer approval for implementation.
• Supply Chain Resiliency and Customer Engagement--Lead supply chain resiliency improvement program and work directly with customer to define mitigation strategies for supply risk, geopolitical challenge, capacity constraint, and business continuity requirements. Coordinate cross functional teams to execute agreed action plans.
• Cost Analysis, Tariff Management, and Commercial Claims--Perform detailed cost analysis and develop strong understanding of China tariff regulation, trade policies, and custom requirements. Support customer negotiation and prepare commercial claims related to tariffs, duties, extraordinary cost impact, and supply chain disruptions.
• Customer Onsite Support and Relationship Management--Serve as key supply chain representative for daily onsite customer interactions. Conduct regular face to face meetings with customer procurement, engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve supply chain issue, align priorities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• College Degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in EMS/OEM company, with hands-on experience managing plastic or sheet metal commodities.
• Workable English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing and able to travel as business needs require.
• Familiarity with tariff regulations, international trade policies, and customs-related requirements.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
