Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and detail-oriented individual who is eager to build a career in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support sourcing, value engineering and cost optimisation projects.
• Assist with spend analysis, sourcing consolidation and benchmarking.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, comparative statements, supplier evaluations and recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, specifications and commercial information.
• Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals and centralised sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier development activities.
• Assist in improving Procure-to-Pay processes and procurement compliance.
• Maintain sourcing, supplier and spend databases and reports.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Use ERP, sourcing and data analytics systems to analyse procurement information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business units on Group Sourcing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Statistics, Economics or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, data analysis or a related field may apply
• Basic knowledge of procurement and sourcing principles will be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement/sourcing platforms or data analytics tools will be an advantage
