Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in the Madison, WI area.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days each week in office, two days working remotely.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain team by leveraging data to drive decision-making and process improvements. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Anaplan, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and be able to effectively communicate data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key supply chain metrics, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Anaplan Modeling: Build, maintain, and optimize supply chain models in Anaplan to support demand planning, inventory management, and other critical processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to enhance model functionality and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate supply chain processes using data analysis. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality and consistency across all supply chain data sources. Implement best practices for data management, including data validation, cleansing, and documentation.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various supply chain initiatives and projects, providing timely and accurate insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the supply chain domain.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and metrics.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Anaplan.
  • Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with supply chain processes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
