About the Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst role will contribute to the support, maintenance and enhancement of our suite of business intelligence & analytics reports and dashboards. The analyst will be responsible for the development and generation of supply chain reports / dashboards, which involves identifying data sources and cleaning, modeling, interpreting and presenting data. The analyst will also provide support throughout by analyzing and investigating system processes and recommending solutions to business and technical issues as necessary. This role empowers leaders to make informed decisions that directly support the efficient end-to-end flow of product within the Grocery Outlet network. The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Systems Integrity & Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, maintain, and support continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators for various end-to-end supply chain functions.
  • Identify, gather, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources to support reporting needs.
  • Model and transform raw supply chain data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and trends, proactively flagging anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Analyze and investigate supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • May manage other responsibilities as necessary.

About the Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related field.
  • High proficiency in relevant Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect operational data with buyer, independent operator, and end customer experience outcomes.
  • Experience performing data validation and quality checks across large datasets to ensure reliability of reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI for data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with SQL and/or Python for querying and filtering databases.
  • Exposure to supply chain or logistics systems (warehouse management, transportation management, or distribution and fulfillment platforms) is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to think adaptively, adjust to shifting priorities, and apply critical thinking in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
