Purpose of Job

We are looking for aSupply Chain Analyst who can turn complex data int o clear, actionable insightsthat improve supply chain performance, planning, and decision‑making.This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, analytics, and reporting You will work closely with supply chain, finance, and business stakeholders to measure performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels across inbound and outbound supply chains.

Key Accountabilities

Supply Chain Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly executive‑level reports and dashboards, providing clear insights into supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on operational supply chain performance.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting through data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve standard reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Business Insight & Decision Support

  • Analyse large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Translate technical findings into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Develop and maintain monitoring methods, controls and work instructions.
  • Contribute to and support supply chain improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Partner with functional supply chain teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams.
  • Build strong working relationships and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Formal Education

  • University Bachelor's Degree (preference to Business Studies, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science)

Minimum Experience

  • 6+ years’ relevant experience in supply chain analysis, business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, performance metrics, and financial impacts.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear, business‑focused insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modelling.
  • Strong SQL capability, with experience writing complex queries to extract and analyse data.
  • Hands‑on Power BI experience, including:
    • Dashboard and report development
    • Data modelling
    • Writing and maintaining DAX measures
  • Working knowledge of data engineering principles, including:
    • ETL/ELT concepts
    • Data pipelines
    • Data quality, transformation, orchestration and integration processes
  • Experience using Generative AI Chatbots such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot to support day‑to‑day analysis, reporting, automation, or documentation.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and experience building agents or automations to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting processes.
