Job Description

Job Location: One Source Manufacturing Headquarters - Leander, TX 78641Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
- Data Integrity & Analysis: Collect and maintain accurate data on supply chain operations, including inventory levels, inbound freight costs, and procurement costs.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for our suppliers. You will help establish new vendor partnerships and assess current vendor performance for quality and reliability. Assist buyer(s) by issuing purchase orders to vendors as directed.
- Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure operational goals are aligned.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in our current workflows and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Work with Purchasing Supervisor and ERP Administrator to develop process improvements for the supply chain team.
- Reporting: Develop and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

Work Environment:
This role is performed in professional office environment and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Education/

Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR):
- Must be either; US Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
