Job DetailsJob Location: Estis Management Legal Address (K1) - Kilgore, TX 75691The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence across the organization by transforming data into actional insights to improve inventory accuracy, purchasing processes, and overall supply chain performance. This role is responsible for analyzing trends, developing reporting tools, and identifying process gaps that impact efficiency, cost, and compliance. The analyst partners closely with team members from the supply chain as well as cross-functionally with operations and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Utilize ERP and CMMS systems (e.g. NetSuite, Manager+) to extract, analyze, and validate data identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling
Inventory Management Support
Analyze cycle count and full inventory results, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to improve accuracy
Monitor inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments to ensure compliance with established processes
Develop data driven min/max levels using historical consumption trends, forecasted demand, and regional assets to optimize inventory levels nationwide
Procurement Support
Analyze purchasing patterns, lead times, and supplier performance to support sourcing decisions and cost-reduction initiatives
Systems Support
Support stakeholder alignment by communicating system impacts, requirement changes, and enhancement timeliness to impacted cross-functional teams
Assist with system testing, documentation, and training during system upgrades or transitions
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree – Preference to Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics or related field
Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite Preferred) and CMMS platforms (nice to have)
3+ Years experience in Supply Chain or Operations analysis with preference to Oil and Gas experience
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
Standing, walking, and working office or warehouse environments
Occasional travel to field locations (up to 25%)
May require extended hours during inventory counts, systems changes, or other significant projects
