Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst supports the Procurement & Supply Chain organization by providing accurate, timely reporting and reconciliation across procurement activity, supplier accounts, project schedules, and logistics operations. This role ensures data integrity, continuity, and visibility by reconciling procurement reports with AP records, supplier statements, and logistics activity. The Supply Chain Analyst enables informed decision-making and uninterrupted execution by serving as the analytical bridge between Procurement, Accounting/AP, Logistics, and Project Teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Run and maintain procurement, AP, and logistics reports related to purchase orders, commitments, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Reconcile procurement data against project schedules, material plans, and delivery timelines.
- Reconcile supplier statements against purchase orders, receipts, and invoices in coordination with Accounts Payable.
- Support forecasting, preparation, and scheduling of resource demands for upcoming projects, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to align with project timelines.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, receipts, delivery status, and commitments.
- Track and report on open commitments, partial receipts, backorders, and aged items.
- Support month-end close, project close-out, and audit activities related to procurement and supplier reconciliation.
- Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Project Controls, and Accounting/AP to ensure continuity and accuracy of supply chain data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to supply chain data accuracy and process adherence.
- Ensure data alignment with procurement policies, procedures, and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Project Controls, Accounting, and key suppliers.
- Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, project controls, or data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in ERP systems and reconciling transactional data strongly preferred.
- Construction or project-based environment experience a plus.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) a plus.

Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation); reporting tools a plus.
- Ability to interpret project schedules, procurement data, and supplier statements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, AP, Logistics, and Project Teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and data integrity.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Requires mobility within an office environment.
- Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend.
- May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.   Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Possess good hearing, normal or corrected.
- The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee may be required to climb stairs.
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
