Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen our team and provide flexibility across multiple supply chain functions. This role is designed for a dynamic and adaptable individual who can grow within the organization and rotate across different areas in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations and enable internal rotations.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Support reporting processes in SUCH, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improving and organizing current procedures within SUCH for better efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Exposure: Learn and support other areas such as logistics and customs to build a broad understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Continuous Development: Participate in improvement initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing supply chain performance.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools. Knowledge in PowerBI is preferred.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Flexible and adaptable to different roles within supply chain.
    • Eager to learn and grow within the company.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Language: English (Conversation & Written).
