Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day. Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen. We are proud to put our curiosity to work, building a better and more sustainable world. Join our extraordinary team today!
AGCO Corporation is driving a large-scale AI transformation across its global supply chain operations, with a target of automating 100,000+ hours of work through intelligent automation and AI-enabled process redesign. The Supply Chain AI Program Lead – Site is a dedicated, on-the-ground role embedded at a major AGCO manufacturing site, responsible for identifying, designing, and driving AI-enabled automation opportunities from the shop floor up. This role bridges the gap between central AI strategy and local plant execution, ensuring that AI initiatives are grounded in real operational context and deliver measurable results
Your Impact
Conduct role and task profiling workshops at the site using AGCO's standardized framework (Human, Cognitive, Core, Admin) to create a fact-based view of how work is done today. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across site operations, building credible business cases for each initiative.
Design high-level AI agent concepts and solution blueprints for the site's highest-impact use cases. Drive local implementation of AI solutions in collaboration with central AI, IT, and digital teams, ensuring successful deployment and integration
Lead change management at the site — train, coach, and support site teams through the adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working. Track and report automation hours delivered at the site, contributing to AGCO's overall 100,000-hour automation target.
Act as the local AI champion — build awareness, run demonstrations, evangelize AI capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation at the site.
Collaborate with AI Program Leads at other AGCO sites to share best practices, replicate successful solutions, and drive cross-site learning.
Your Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s/master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or similar technical discipline).5–8 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Applied AI or automation certification or demonstrated project experience applying AI to business processes (business perspective, not deep ML/coding). Proven experience facilitating workshops and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication skills — equally comfortable presenting plant leadership and working with operators on the floor. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with agentic AI concepts or AI-driven process redesign. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
