In this role, you'll:

This role will see you provide essential operational and analytical support to help deliver supplier development and supply chain management activities across Transport for NSW. You will assist in implementing supplier relationship and risk management frameworks, supporting the collection, analysis and maintenance of supplier data, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen supplier capability, improve performance and enhance supply chain resilience.

You will play a key role in ensuring supplier performance, compliance and risk objectives are achieved in alignment with Transport’s strategic, commercial and social priorities. This includes supporting supplier performance reviews, coordinating inputs for reporting and governance activities, and helping maintain consistent supplier engagement practices across procurement and contract management teams.

You will also provide administrative and operational support for supplier engagement programs and meetings, helping ensure effective collaboration, clear communication and timely follow through on agreed actions.

About you

You have experience working in procurement, supplier management, contract administration or supply chain operations within a large or complex organisation. You bring strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret, analyse and present data clearly to support evidence based decision making.

You have a solid understanding of supplier relationship management principles, risk management practices and performance monitoring processes, and you can build productive working relationships with stakeholders across diverse teams. Your communication skills enable you to engage confidently, collaborate effectively and support consistent and compliant supplier management practices.

You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or bring equivalent professional experience that demonstrates capability in procurement, supply chain or supplier management activities. You also understand the NSW Government Procurement Framework and the governance, probity and compliance requirements that underpin effective public sector procurement.
