We’re looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of our Blue Yonder Forecast & Fulfilment (F&F) service - a critical platform that underpins replenishment across our depots and stores.

This is a high-impact role with the scope to shape how the service operates, influence strategy, and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll have the autonomy to embed best practice, enhance performance, and ensure the service evolves in line with business needs.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continual improvement of this critical service. You’ll play a central role in ensuring it consistently meets business requirements, customer expectations, and operational standards — balancing performance, cost, and risk.

Working closely with portfolio service owners, support teams, vendors, and key stakeholders across our Supply Chain function, you’ll ensure the service is stable, optimised, and aligned with business priorities.

You’ll also take a hands-on approach to developing your understanding of our supply chain operations, particularly the batch processes that underpin replenishment.

Please be advised that this position requires attendance at Asda House in Leeds for a minimum of three days per week. We’re really looking forward to having you around!

We welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, flexible working arrangements, or job share opportunities.

What You’ll Love

  • Own and manage service delivery, ensuring strong performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as the escalation point for service issues, particularly around replenishment and batch processes
  • Monitor service health, identify trends, and proactively address risks
  • Lead service reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Drive continual service improvement using data and feedback
  • Manage third-party vendors, including Blue Yonder, and oversee performance and service reviews
  • Maintain clear reporting and service documentation

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in Service Management or Service Operations (ideally within supply chain or similar)
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder or comparable platforms (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/service management frameworks
  • Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and service tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
