In this position...

  • Inventory Management of Cardboard and Foam, ordering with suppliers – Ordering, Forecast Review, Deviation Management etc.
  • Ensure Consumable availability to package the materials at MPC
  • Develop & drive best in class process using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python, automate manual process.
  • Develop and drive metric to meet objectives
  • Maintain Consumable Past due’s and Backorder’s within the objective level.
  • Review of Upcoming Material Releases and Plan for high Impacted Items in Advance
  • Review aged past due’s, backorders periodically.
  • Coordination with MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier etc.
  • Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.
  • Support EDI implementation and Consumable receipt process improvements.
  • Support SAP planning Implementation.

What you'll do...

Review SAP Schedule Monitor and coordinate with Consumable Suppliers, MPC operations for Constraints, Prioritization of Uptime, VOR's, Escalated VIN's. SCM for Release variations and visibility for Recall and abnormal inbounds. Supplier Compliance to streamline supplier issues.

Meet Cycle Time - Overall & VOR Objectives, Ageing Metrics - STO's & VOR, Schedule Accuracy & Adherence.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely with operations to meet objectives
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Hard working and willing to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions
  • Goal oriented individual

  • This position is 100% onsite with no opportunity for hybrid work schedule, Willing to work all shifts, Willing to work OT as needed.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-$121,440.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
