  • Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels across 400+ SKUs, working with suppliers, brands, the warehouse and Finance to address excess stock, slow-moving lines and backorders.
  • Supplier Management: Build effective supplier relationships, support reviews and meetings, contribute to tenders and quotations, and manage supply and delivery planning.
  • Gift Card Management: Oversee store replenishment, monitor stock against forecasts and prepare allocations and purchase forecasts.
  • Environmental Reporting: Provide packaging data and manage Valpak and Repack submissions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work with Buyers, suppliers, partner brands and internal teams, organising meetings and visiting stores and warehouses when required.
  • Reporting & Insight: Produce weekly dashboards, management information and dispatch reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Query & Finance Management: Investigate queries through to resolution, support invoice compliance and review off-book stock figures to meet month-end deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the onboarding of future Total Platform Partners.

What You Will Bring

  • Commercial Awareness: An understanding of how stock management, supply planning and supplier performance support business success.
  • Analytical Skills: Confidence working with large volumes of data, identifying trends and turning insights into action.
  • Logical Thinking: A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving problems and managing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • A Can-Do Attitude: An organised, adaptable approach, with the confidence to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to accurate data, effective reporting and well-managed processes.

Desirable:

  • Retail or purchasing and supply experience.
  • Experience working with suppliers, third parties or external partners.
  • Experience creating dashboards and using AI tools.
  • An understanding of supply chains, forecasting and stock management.
