About the Role
The Material Handling Work Leader – Supply Case Lot is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment and outbound shipments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational flow, meeting line haul deadlines, and driving continuous improvement across the department.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate daily Supply Case Lot operations, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, scanning, staging, and loading
• Monitor workload and staffing levels to align with volume demands and ensure on-time departures and customer fulfillment
• Ensure all packages, pallets, and shipments are properly scanned, tracked, and accounted for prior to line haul departure
• Perform final dock checks to verify shipment accuracy and completeness before outbound transport
• Partner with the Pick/Pack Work Leader and management team to optimize workflow and staffing across departments
• Drive process improvements and participate in ongoing meetings focused on operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing feedback
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. The position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Onsite
• Schedule: Sunday 10AM to finish; Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM to finish, with additional hours as needed during peak seasons
• No travel required
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling leadership roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Ability to lead teams effectively, motivate employees, and adapt to changing operational needs
• Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments
• Experience working with perishable goods, such as fresh flowers, is preferred
