Suppliers & Incoming Inspection Team Leader

Your tasks

We are currently looking for experienced Suppliers & Incoming Inspection Team Leader. The role is a part of the team who is responsible for confirming the compliance of the purchasing components with the prepared specification and for carrying out complaint processes in the event of non-compliance.

Key tasks:

• Managing the team of Inspectors and making decisions regarding the quality assurance of purchasing components
• Prioritization parts for control according production needs
• Supervision on AQL process
• Supervision on inspection tools
• Development incoming inspection processes (documentation: control plans, instructions, procedures)
• Contact with suppliers in terms of quality assurance, carrying out complaint processes in accordance with the 8D methodology
• Supplier audits ( new/ current suppliers) and development
• Responsibility for block stock – from IQI/ production alerts (supplier issues)
• Supervision new samples qualification process from quality point of view
• Verifying and supervising criteria for component control – cooperation with engineering/NPI team
• Preparation of reports and data verification, drawing conclusions, making decisions based on analyses
• Approval and ongoing evaluation of the conducted verification methods
• Compliance with legal requirements regarding quality, health and safety, work environment, immediate reporting of any problems / comments related to work safety and proposing improvements in this area under the Policy of Continuous Improvements, Lean Manufacturing

Your profile

• Higher technical education
• Team management skills
• Experience in a production environment is welcome, the electronics industry is welcome
• Experience in the supplier quality department (SQA)
• Knowledge of problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why
• Ability to read electrical and electronic diagrams, reading technical drawings
• Ability to use tools and devices for control tests during incoming inspection (microscope, multimeter)
• Experience in using SAP software is welcome
• Data analysis and decision making skills
• Communicative level of the English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Communication and organizational skills
