Job Description

VIP is seeking a Supplier Support Specialist to join our Support Team. The Supplier Services part of our business is focused on moving data between distributors and suppliers in the beverage industry. This role is focused on supporting beverage suppliers with our sales data collection services and assisting them with our reporting solutions. Supplier Support Specialists work in a team setting to provide support for a designated group of customers. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, which requires a minimum of 3 days a week in our Colchester office (Monday - Wednesday).

Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish a positive, professional and trustworthy relationship with our supplier customers and help them work towards efficient usage of our software.
• Help customers better understand the quality and reliability of our data and how it contributes towards their product's success.
• Ensure that any customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and directed to the appropriate resources.
• Prioritize daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities, both to the company and the customer, in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• At least one year of customer support experience preferred
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
• Beverage industry knowledge is a bonus!

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00/hour (Level 1)

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
