What will you do?

The Supplier Scheduler is responsible for field procurement. Responsibilities include supplier scouting, selection, supplier management, price & contract negotiation, and working capital management. The Supplier Scheduler will deploy category strategy developed by the Category Manager and ensure sourcing activities compliance with category strategy. They will be the owner of country cost reduction goals.

How will you do it?

  • Coordinate procurement to request quotations from suppliers for non-pricing tool items.
  • Manage purchasing requisitions by project.
  • Oversee supplier performance, including project-based cost, on-time delivery, quality, and service.
  • Report to the Line of Business (LOB) procurement leader.
  • Direct Material Purchases

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related Business Degree.
  • +3 years of sourcing/procurement experience.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation skills; familiar with contracting.
  • Knowledge of cost reduction methods and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external relationship management.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural and multifunctional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
