Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Warranty Engineer in Västerås we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our supply chain by managing supplier performance and addressing non-conformities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across procurement, engineering, and depot operations, oversee supplier quality assurance processes, and contribute to product introduction activities.

You’ll specifically take care of managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) from different depots and monitoring supplier performance, but also handle safety and reliability issues involving suppliers and support product introduction initiatives at depots around the country, enhancing the reliability of our products

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying and deploying Supplier Quality Warranty Assurance policies in collaboration with procurement and other functions
  • Managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) from various depots
  • Monitoring and driving supplier performance for assigned suppliers and projects
  • Resolving safety and reliability issues with suppliers (Kx management)
  • Ensuring quality performance of assigned suppliers
  • Supporting product introduction activities at depots across the country for Quality activities.

  • Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with supplier qualification standards such as ISO, ASME, IRIS, and local standards
  • Experience in suppliers management
  • Fluent in English, Swedish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of 8D methodology and SAP (or similar computer applications)
  • Familiarity with process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and control plans
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and resilient approach to problem-solving
