
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Supplier Quality Support (SQS) role in the Dallas, Texas Metro area. Our client is a well-established leader in the food manufacturing industry known for its commitment to quality, food safety, customer partnerships, and continuous improvement. This position will serve as a key liaison between the organization and McDonald’s Field Office teams, Owner/Operators, distribution centers, and other partners throughout the assigned market.
· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with McDonald’s Field Office staff, Owner/Operators, and distribution centers throughout assigned markets.
· Champion company business philosophies, quality and food safety improvement initiatives, product standards, and other relevant information throughout the McDonald’s system.
· Participate in the development and execution of the Field Team’s annual strategic plan and provide regular updates regarding assigned areas of responsibility.
· Partner with McDonald’s Menu Innovation, U.S. Operations, and Field Office teams to support new product and platform development, testing, and deployment.
· Identify opportunities to improve product and platform integration within restaurants and support new restaurant innovations.
· Participate in front-of-house and behind-the-counter field data collection focused on restaurant operations, equipment calibration and performance, and product quality.
· Gather product performance and customer satisfaction information while identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Troubleshoot product quality concerns in the field and communicate findings internally to key stakeholders to support effective resolution.
· Monitor and manage product damages within assigned distribution centers.
· Communicate information regarding planned promotional activities, limited-time offers, and regional product activity to Field Service leadership.
· Maintain a strong understanding of McDonald’s restaurant operations, equipment, distribution systems, and quality expectations.
· Develop a thorough understanding of company manufacturing processes, food safety requirements, and product quality attributes.
· Participate in various McDonald’s field activities and events, including Field Office Meetings, National Field Office Meetings, conventions, purchasing committee meetings, and Ronald McDonald House Charity events.
· Identify opportunities to involve company leadership in customer activities and further strengthen relationships throughout the McDonald’s system.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum of 3 years of food industry experience.
· McDonald’s restaurant experience strongly preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to professionally present information in formal meeting and presentation settings.
· Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver results.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Professional demeanor and ability to effectively represent the organization with customers and business partners.
· Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including extensive overnight travel.
· Some weekend travel may be required for critical situations or company/customer events.
· Company vehicle provided, with additional travel potentially involving commercial transportation.
· Candidates must reside in the Dallas metroplex or be willing to relocate.
· Ability to work within restaurant, distribution center, manufacturing, and traditional office environments.
· Comfortable with occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from below 0°F in freezer environments to approximately 110°F in commercial kitchens.
· Ability to safely lift and handle food products weighing up to 40 lbs.
· Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when entering designated manufacturing areas.
· Competitive base salary based on experience, with approximately $100,000–$135,000 compensation DOE.
· 14% annual bonus opportunity.

· Relocation assistance of approximately $15,000–$20,000 available for qualified candidates.
