Position: Supplier Quality Supervisor
Location:Buford, GA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Supplier Quality Supervisor at West Shore Home, you will have a Zero-Defect mindset when it comes to launching new products and suppliers by leading, developing and executing testing protocols to ensure the performance, safety, and compliance of home construction materials such as flooring, windows, doors, wall panels, adhesives, sealants, shower systems, and other building components.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Design, perform, and document physical, mechanical, and environmental tests on construction materials in accordance with company standards. Recommend process and product improvements based on test findings and failure analysis.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools for durability, load, adhesion, moisture resistance, thermal performance, and surface finish.
• Ensure products meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and certification requirements (e.g., ADA, IAPMO, UPC, etc.).
• Create detailed test reports, SOPs, and quality documentation, and maintain accurate records of test procedures, conditions, and outcomes.
• Maintain testing equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and good working order of test area.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• Expected to travel up to 40% per year.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in testing or installing products such as LVP flooring, acrylic panels, shower pans, tub, toilets, sealants, adhesives, or waterproofing systems. Must be able to use Measurement Test Equipment and Gages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a structured approach (DMAIC, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5-why, etc.)
• ISO 9001 lead auditor certification, preferred.
• Working knowledge Geometric, Dimensional, and Tolerancing, preferred.
