Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

This site operates with a 9/80 work schedule!

Join our high-impact team where your supplier oversight, RCCA expertise, and QMS skills will directly support critical defense and space programs. This position will be responsible for solving quality challenges, driving process improvements, and collaborating with suppliers and engineering teams to make a measurable difference on mission-critical systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reviews supplier statements of work and purchase contracts to determine the applicable quality requirements for suppliers

  • Liaise with supplier management on purchase contracts

  • Monitor supplier quality related activities and reports issues

  • Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements in Receiving Inspection

  • Support internal audits of supplier quality processes

  • Participate in root cause correct actions

  • Resolve routine issues and concerns

  • Coordinate and support process improvements

  • Work under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Level 2:

  • More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Quality processes

  • More than 1 year of experience working with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

  • More than 1 year of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions

  • More than 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3 More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

This position may require up to 10% travel.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

pay range for associate level (Level 2): USD $74,800 – 101,200

pay range for associate level (Level 3): USD $92,650 – 125,350
