STMicroelectronics Malta is seeking a skilled and motivated Supplier Quality Manager to join our Quality team.
In this role, you will work in the Management of Suppliers Quality, for its monitoring and improvement, for application of correct problem-solving methodology and prompt corrective and preventive actions implementation in case of material issue, for supplier audits. You will interact with Corporate and Central functions for systemic root cause analysis and issues eradication.

Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing Supplier quality, making sure that non-conforming supplied material is quarantined and that suppliers tackle containment actions and root cause analysis using robust problem-solving techniques and respect the required timeline.
• Enforce and manage the start of systemic root causes for supplier findings and ensuring that suppliers are adhering to eCOA and SQM requirements.gs, plans agreed.
• Drive continuous improvement activities at suppliers' end, performing audits and follow up on actions.
• Manage Supplier audit program for Malta site.
• Manage the Incoming Lab.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate shall:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10 years’ experience in an Industrial Quality role.
• Experience in Supplier Quality Management.
• Knowledge and practical use of 8D reporting methodology, FMEA, and SPC considered an asset.
• Experience in managing non-standard material is considered an asset.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is considered an asset.
• Business-level English proficiency.
