Description

Are you passionate about engineering, data, and solving real manufacturing challenges?

Join our Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team and work with experienced engineers on supplier quality, semiconductor manufacturing, failure investigations, and continuous improvement projects that directly impact production quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Investigate real engineering challenges
• Support root cause investigations, failure analysis reviews, and supplier corrective action activities using structured problem-solving tools.
• Turn data into insights
• Analyse supplier quality and manufacturing data, identify trends and risks, and build dashboards or reports using Excel, Power BI, Python, Minitab, or similar tools.
• Experience the semiconductor supply chain
• Gain exposure to supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, audits, qualification activities, and process change reviews.
• Collaborate across global teams
• Work with SQE, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and regional supplier teams.
• Drive continuous improvement
• Lead or support a focused quality improvement project and present findings, impact, and recommendations at internship completion.

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial & Systems, any other a related discipline
• Curious, analytical, and excited to solve technical problems
• Comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving engineering environment
