Job Description

  • Independently carry out visual, dimensional and coating (DFT) inspections at supplier sites, following the approved Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Supervise welding activities and verify material grades, traceability and equipment calibration against WPS/WPQR and international codes.
  • Review supplier inspection reports, test results and certification books to confirm compliance with ITPs and applicable standards.
  • Monitor workshop progress and expedite suppliers by comparing actual fabrication status against the plan (deliveries, fabrication status, activity planning).
  • Write clear inspection reports and verify that suppliers comply with HSE rules, legal regulations and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technical High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (university degree preferred), with 5+ years of experience in plant construction, boiler, steel, apparatus or pipeline fabrication.
  • NDT qualifications (VT Level 2 and PT Level 2 required; RT film reading and UT Level 2 are an advantage), plus CSWIP Welding Supervisor certification at minimum.
  • Coating inspection experience (NACE/Frosio Level 2 is an advantage) and the ability to read and interpret drawings and fabrication plans.
  • Working knowledge of international codes such as EN-ISO, ASME IX and PED (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications are an advantage).
  • Professional English (minimum B2), proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), experience in multicultural international projects, and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Compensation

  • Basic wage component (gross): 2200 EUR/month
  • This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
