Job Description

Work model: This position requires you to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Supplier Quality Engineers in the execution of supplier quality activities related to current production and new program launches.

  • Assist in monitoring APQP deliverables and supplier readiness activities to ensure compliance with program timing and quality requirements.

  • Participate in supplier meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional discussions to gain understanding of quality requirements and manufacturing processes.

  • Review and organize PPAP documentation and support the tracking of supplier deliverables.

  • Assist in analyzing quality concerns, non-conformities, and supplier performance metrics, helping to identify root causes and corrective actions.

  • Support supplier manufacturing process evaluations and quality system assessments under the guidance of senior engineers.

  • Monitor action plans and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates to support decision-making and program reviews.

  • Participate in supplier visits, audits, and manufacturing assessments as required.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supplier Quality organization.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • CREA registration preferred.

  • Advanced English.

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Development.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Exposure to quality methodologies through academic projects, internships, or coursework is a plus.

  • Availability to travel.
