Your Responsibilities:

• Regular KPIs/PIs tracking and reporting and initiate the escalation process, if appropriate.
• Management of assigned suppliers and components in the series phase of projects (Conduct onsite supplier audits, Manage Production transfer - planned relocation within the current supplier. Collaborate on Product modifica-tions and/or Process change for purchased parts where the supplier requests permanent changes, including re-sampling of products.
• Ensure the resolution of supplier complaint using problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate on the complaint’s costs evidence (support at costs evidence and their communication to the supplier).
• Collaborate on the Supplier evaluation and ensure the correctness of quality performance related data in the system.

Your Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering ,or Material Science related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in area is Supply Chain mgt or mfg Operations.
• Good working knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools (e.g. Minitab), ability to navigate SAP QM Module, all basic Microsoft Office apps.
• Ability to confidently represent Schaeffler to external Suppliers at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual/Spanish would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel 2-4 times/year.
