Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Managing internal supplier quality issues, including D1–D8 steps
Managing external supplier quality issues, including D1–D3 steps and monitoring steps D4-D8 for
Sorting management
Management of stopping and disposing of non-compliant components
Assessing supplier capability and risk
Managing Supplier PPAP process and plant approval for components
Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
Verifying implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on components.
Monitoring supplier quality performance using KPIs and managing non-conforming material
Cooperating with Production, Logistics, R&D, and Supply Chain on supplier-related quality topics
Supporting new component launches and serial changes in the plant
Interpret technical drawings and verify dimensional compliance
If you have/are:
Higher education – preferably technical
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or process/eng. department – preferably automotive industry
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and SPC
Self-driven person, detail-oriented person with a proactive approach who likes independence and taking responsibility,
Hands-on experience with PPAP management and component approval processes
Fluent in English
Category B driving license
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (8D, 5 Why)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier management
Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and MS Office
