Title: Supplier Quality Engineer - Lamps Cambodia

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer with expertise in table and floor lamps to manage supplier quality, establish inspection processes, and ensure product reliability. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with global supply chain partners.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain effective inspection and quality control processes for table and floor lamps. Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspection Protocols: Implement detailed inspection protocols for incoming materials, components, and finished products. Conduct regular inspections and audits at supplier facilities to verify compliance. Perform sample inspections for new products and complete reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate quality requirements, feedback, and technical documents in both English and Mandarin to ensure clear understanding between teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, with a focus on table and floor lamps or similar products.
- Strong proficiency in English or Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in supplier qualification, conducting audits, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for supplier visits and audits.
