Education and work experience
Successful completion of 4 years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor’s degree.
Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related subjects.
Over 2 years of experience in manufacturing process quality.


Supervision
QA Manager

Working conditions
• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication, More than 2 years of QA management experience
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China.
