RAMOS PLANT

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Working with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures. Responsible for the APQP process at the plant.

Responsibilities

Follow up on issues with suppliers

Follow up on the development and improvement of quality indicators Suppliers

Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments

Preparation and updating the incoming inspection plans

Follow up for non-conformity closer with the supplier

Follow up annual validation.

Attend conferences with Suppliers (PPAP, Corrective Actions)

Keep the Fast response of suppliers alive and attend meetings with suppliers with the top issues in the plant.

Attention and monitoring of problems with clients derived from problems with suppliers

Responsible for the APQP process at the plant.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Experience Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years as similar position within the Automotive industry.

Strong interpersonal communication and listening ability.

Competent in problem solving tools such as 8D methodology.

Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, Problem solving

Knowledge of customer specific requirements

Fluent English
