As a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Suzhou, you will drive the quality performance of our supply base — defining, monitoring, and continuously improving supplier quality across the business unit. You will partner with the Global Quality Team, site and business-unit teams, and strategic suppliers across a geographically distributed, multi-site business. What You Will Do 工作职责

• Participate in all Molex EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training requirements 参与 Molex 所有 EHS （环境、健康与安全）项目、政策、程序及培训要求
• Define, monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the business unit's supplier quality performance, both externally and internally, through Performance Excellence activities 通过卓越绩效（Performance Excellence ）活动，定义、监控、分析并持续改善业务单元内外部的供应商质量绩效
• Develop improvement plans using DMAIC/Lean methodologies and guide actions to improve suppliers' KPIs and process capability 运用 DMAIC/Lean 方法制定改善计划，指导相关行动以提升供应商的 KPI 及过程能力
• Coach, counsel, and mentor site-level and business-unit teams, strengthening the supplier quality system, supplier management, and goal improvement 辅导、指导并培养基地层级及业务单元团队，完善供应商质量体系、供应商管理与目标改善
• Lead continuous improvement at suppliers' sites using Lean and Six Sigma; lead and mentor teams in problem-solving and root cause identification 运用 Lean 与 Six Sigma 方法主导供应商现场的持续改善；带领并指导团队进行问题解决与根本原因分析
• Work with the Global Quality Team to identify and implement global best practices 与全球质量团队合作，识别并推行全球最佳实践
• Manage PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and other documentation submissions for Global Strategic Suppliers 管理全球战略供应商的 PPAP 、FMEA 、控制计划及其他文件提交
• Assist in new product and process qualification for both product performance and manufacturability throughout the New Product Integration process 在新产品导入（New Product Integration ）过程中，协助完成新产品与新工艺在产品性能及可制造性方面的认证
• Support new product development initiatives and design reviews (a good understanding of manufacturing processes — molding, plating, tooling, and/or screw machining — is desirable) 支持新产品开发计划与设计评审（具备对成型、电镀、模具及或螺纹加工等制造工艺的良好理解者为佳）
• Participate in Change Management Review (EN, ECN) to ensure process requirements are fully identified and validated 参与变更管理评审（EN 、ECN ），确保过程要求被充分识别与验证

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 任职要求（基本资格）

• Bachelor's degree in Quality or a technical discipline (e.g., IE, EE, ME, QE) 质量或技术相关专业（如 IE 、EE 、ME 、QE ）本科及以上学历
• 8+ years of Quality / Operations / Engineering experience in an engineering or management role in a world-class manufacturing setting, with demonstrated success in both quality leadership and business process excellence 在世界级制造环境中拥有 8 年以上质量运营工程领域的工程或管理岗位经验，并在质量领导力与业务流程卓越方面均有成功业绩
