We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our corporate quality team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the quality of products supplied by our vendors, ensuring they meet company or automotive customers’ stringent requirements.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinates with supplier to manage 8D report and implement corrective and preventive actions effectiveness.

2. Perform supplier internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Review and implement supplier product change notice management through ECN/PCN.

4. Support and maintain automotive PPAP documents for automotive product.

5. Lead supplier regular and irregular meeting and action follow up.

6. Review supplier quality performance and drive suppliers to meet or exceed quality targets.

7. Dispose factory abnormal issue and non-conforming product in a timely manner.

8. Work with Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) on Customer requests.

9. Interface with Fab, Assembly and Test subcons on quality issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality management in the semiconductor industry

3. Experience in semiconductor Fab, Assembly, Testing industry Quality engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing

4. Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D report, Ishikawa, 5-why…)

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Understand international quality system standards such as IATF 16949 and VDA6.3

7. Good understanding of bumping, assembly and test technologies and processes

8. Proficiency in the English.
