Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Lead supplier quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements

  • Conduct supplier audits and process assessments based on SQ requirements and VDA 6.3 standards

  • Analyze supplier-related quality issues and drive root cause analysis and effective corrective actions

  • Coordinate containment actions, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers

  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness and quality compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) to resolve supplier quality issues

  • Manage supplier PPAP/APQP processes and ensure timely approvals

  • Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality within automotive industry

  • Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

  • Experience in supplier audits and process assessments

  • Strong problem-solving skills (8D, root cause analysis)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
